Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at the department warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
